Our Products And Our Promise
At Aquasun Canvas, our team is dedicated to quality craftsmanship and
customer satisfaction. We use only the best materials and techniques for
our custom canvas work. We believe that our products should enhance the
lines of your boat while protecting your investment, and increasing your
comfort.
Since each boat is as unique as its owner we will meet with you in person to
discuss your needs and ideas. We fabricate products for power boats, sail
boats, your home, RV, and business.
Elements of our products
Framing: The canvas on your boat is only as good as its framing. To
ensure a good fit for your dodger, bimini, side curtains and other canvas
products, we use only heavy duty stainless tubing (1 inch diameter
.065-thick walled stainless steel.) To ensure proper construction and fit, we
use up to date AutoCAD programs.
Canvas Material: We use only the highest quality Sunbrella acrylic marine
canvas products. Our canvas comes in a wide variety of colors and designs.
All seams are sewn with marine grade heavy duty thread to increase the
longevity of our products. Edges are hot-knife cut to prevent fraying.

Vinyl windows are constructed of high quality AquaView or StrataGlass.
Hardware, Fittings and Fasteners: We use polished stainless steel
fittings, hardware and fasteners. Zippers are heavy duty YKK Vislon #10
marine grade.
Carpet: We are now able to cut, bind, and install snap-in boat carpet for
your sail or power boat.
